Welcome to Sarah Bergeron Artist! By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

These Terms apply to all sales of physical goods on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed upon full payment.

• Prices are listed in CAD. Taxes may apply.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to Canada. Estimated delivery times vary. Please contact us at sarah@sarahbergeronartist.com for an estimated delivery time.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original condition. This is under the condition that we have been informed about the return before it is shipped back, and the return arrives in the same condition you received it in. We will send you a return confirmation.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. Always use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance.

• Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the return. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping it to you will be deducted from your refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.
