2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed upon full payment.

• Prices are listed in CAD. Taxes may apply.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to Canada. Estimated delivery times vary. Please contact us at sarah@sarahbergeronartist.com for an estimated delivery time.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged and in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the return.

We are not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our products.
